A workshop on parallel scientific advice in drug development will take place today at the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

The workshop will bring together representatives from European regulators, health-technology-assessment (HTA) bodies, payers, the pharmaceutical industry, patients and prescribers. Speakers' biographies are available on the event page.
The event will be held from 9:00 until 17:00 (United Kingdom time) at the EMA in Canary Wharf, London.
Presentations will be published following the meeting. A workshop report will be published in early 2014.
